Create a bold, contemporary feature with our Black Ribbed Wall Panels. The deep black finish and distinctive ribbed design add texture and depth to walls, making them ideal for modern living spaces, home offices and commercial interiors.
Made to order in the UK from high-quality black dyed MDF, each panel is 19mm thick and available in a choice of sizes to suit your space.
Choose portrait orientation for full height panels or landscape for half height. The ribbed design will run vertically whichever orientation you select.
Need a specific size? Choose our cut-to-size service and we’ll cut your panels to your required dimensions before dispatch. It saves time, reduces mess and makes installation even easier. Any remaining offcuts will also be included with your order.
Simple to install, the panels can be easily cut on site if required and fixed with a grab adhesive. For additional protection and a smooth, clear finish, a water-based PU coating is recommended.
Please note: The dimensioned drawing shows the panel's profile when machined with a new cutter. Over time, sharpening may slightly soften the profile, noticeable only when comparing panels bought at different times. The machining process may also cause very slight bowing.

Yes, our paintable MDF wall panels are moisture-resistant so can be used in any room, including your bathroom or kitchen.
If your panels are likely to be in direct contact with water, we recommend using waterproof panels.
Can paintable MDF wall panels be fitted next to a heat source?
If your panels are going to be in direct contact with a heat source such as a hob or electric fire, we recommend opting for our fire rated paintable MDF panels.
Why are some of the paintable MDF wall panels green?
Our wall panels are made from Hidrofugo moisture-resistant MDF, which is known for its green core. While this core can be exposed during machining, it does not impact the surface or painting process of the panels.
Do you offer paintable wall panel samples?
Of course! We offer samples for all our wall panel designs and they are delivered for free within two working days. They're a perfect way to envision how our panelling will complement your space.
Do these MDF wall panels need painting?
Yes, our paintable MDF panels come unfinished, so need priming and painting to achieve your desired finished look. Check out our guide on how to paint wall panels here.
How do I fit paintable wall panels?
Secure each panel to the wall using grab adhesive (and nails if needed), sanding lightly if necessary and sealing any gaps. Then, apply a coat of prime, followed by your chosen paint in thin, even layers, allowing each coat to dry fully before the next. See our full step by step installation guide here.
How do I miter MDF wall panels?
To miter our MDF wall panels, you’ll need to cut the edges at a 45° angle, so they fit neatly together. The best tool for the job is a mitre saw, as it gives you clean, accurate cuts. You can also use a table saw with an adjustable blade angle, or a track saw if you're working with longer panels. Once cut, use clamps and wood glue to secure the joints, and lightly sand the edges for a smooth, professional look.

I love them, easy to put up. Just glue them. They look great, as they are. You can also paint them when I decide what colour I want. They will also insulate your home, which is what we all need .

Easy to fit and good quality cladding.
Love the product but delivery communication was not good and very long lead times. One of the panels arrived a bit damaged and was offered 20% refund for it. Still awaiting this to be processed.

Panels were left outside my house in pouring rain by delivery company. No advance warning of delivery day or option to tell them where to leave them. By the time I was home from work, packaging was soaked and annoyingly, there’s no plastic layer in packaging and the boards look warped from moisture. No plastic is great for eco, but since MDF is already terrible for environment, it’ll be worse if I have to put the boards in the bin! I haven’t put them on the wall yet as am trying to flatten them. Wish me luck!

Good size for a sample
Ordered 3 wetwall panels for delivery to Fort William, took approx 3 weeks but thats fair considering it’s the Highlands. Panels arrived today, delivery driver just left them on the driveway as we were out, even though the packing slip said “do not leave safe”. Anyhow, removed from packaging which I can say were extremely well packaged to prevent any damage. One panel had a slight bit of damage on one corner but this isn’t going to be an issue as it will be trimmed off. Price of the panels was very good and free delivery which was a bonus. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Paid for the product, got told a delivery date by their office. They didn’t tell me it was actually out of stock!! No one thought to update me, I called to find out where it was to be told it’s not coming. Awful service. Do not use.
Bought the panels to add a detail to the wardrobes that I am making and the doors. Had no real issues with the panels other than the delivery because they are just wrapped in cardboard some of the edges got bashed so it's something to consider. Also you must keep them flat as they can though warp. As I have cut them they are really easy to cut, sand and route. I am currently painting them and they paint really well no issues with that.
