Each board is then secured with screws, with the overlapping edge of the next board concealing the fixing for a clean, seamless finish.

So, can you install it yourself? If you're a confident DIYer and comfortable preparing the surface, fitting battens and working accurately to the installation requirements, it can be a DIY-friendly project. However, larger projects or more complicated structures may be better left to a professional - especially if you’re worried about potential problems.
